I was supposed to be updating my website today (which should have been update a few days ago, damn february being such a short month!), but, instead, I woke up with the overwhelming need to paint this image. Just a simple image, it took about 4-5 hours to paint with watercolour, acrylic, gouache and ink, and white pencil (I'm such a mixed media loon these days!).
Plus oooooh! Another fairy man! Yay for male fairies! I think they are going to be my new addiction. I'm much happier with this guy than I am with Acorn. He's cute, playful, but just not as mysterious and magical as this guy I think... But anyway, the tree trunk is the real star of this show :p Dunno why, but I just wanted to paint a tree trunk.

I might get some work done updating my website this arvo but I've gotta do a little shopping then it's Mardi Gras tonight so it probably won't get finished. The big job is I am going to be overhauling the shopping cart shipping calculator, to make it more accurate and fair. But it makes my head hurt so probably not til tomorrow...
